Transitioning Back to Corporate Leadership Roles
As my 3-month transition plan draws to a close, I’m excited to reflect on the progress made and the opportunities that lie ahead. Over the past few months, I’ve dedicated myself to strategizing the seamless handover of Bokashi Pinoy’s operations to my capable business partner while preparing for the next phase of my career journey.
Month 1: Strategizing the Transition (January 2024)
In January, I laid the groundwork for the transition, meticulously planning and communicating the handover process. From reviewing ongoing projects to documenting operational processes, every step was taken to ensure a smooth transition for Bokashi Pinoy.
Month 2: Implementation and Monitoring (February 2024)
February saw the execution of the transition plan, as I closely monitored progress and provided support where needed. Through regular check-ins and feedback sessions, I ensured that operations continued seamlessly during this crucial phase.
Month 3: Finalizing the Transition and Preparing for the Future (March 2024)
As we approach the end of March, I am finalizing the handover process and gearing up for the next chapter of my career. Starting from April 2024, I will begin accepting freelance projects under GreenLens Strategies, leveraging my expertise to drive impactful change in the private, government and non-profit sector.
Looking Ahead: Exploring Leadership Roles
In addition to my freelance endeavors, I am eager to explore leadership roles that align with my skills, experience, and strengths. From transformation and talent development to change management, I am committed to making a meaningful impact in corporate settings.
As I embark on this new journey, I am grateful for the invaluable experiences gained during my time at Bokashi Pinoy and excited for the opportunities that lie ahead. With a blend of passion, dedication, and strategic vision, I am confident in my ability to thrive in whatever challenges come my way.

As I embark on this journey, I surrender the intertwined fate of Bokashi Pinoy and my own into Your loving hands. Just as a parent watches their child 🧒 grow and forge their own path, I acknowledge that Bokashi Pinoy has its own destiny, independent of me. Help me to release any sense of ownership or control, trusting fully in Your divine plan. Grant me the wisdom to understand that my efforts are ultimately for Your glory, and that Your grace is more than sufficient to sustain me through every endeavor. Guide me in walking this path with faith and humility, knowing that Your presence is with me every step of the way.
