As I reflect on my career journey, I am reminded of the transformative power of change and the pivotal role I’ve played in driving readiness and transformation within organizations. From my early days as a Business Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland to my current role as an APAC Lead in Business & Performance Management Solutions, each experience has been a testament to my passion for driving positive change and fostering organizational readiness.
During my tenure at Royal Bank of Scotland, I had the privilege of serving as the APAC Lead for Design and Delivery in Business & Performance Management Solutions. In this role, I was entrusted with the responsibility of supporting C-level decision-making by providing analytical insights and spearheading transformative initiatives. One of my most notable achievements was the significant reduction of contract staff attrition rates from 47% to just 7% in the first year, demonstrating my commitment to enhancing organizational performance through strategic workforce management.
Additionally, I led the design and deployment of a cutting-edge Performance and Business Management Solution, leveraging innovative technologies such as Qlikview to provide actionable insights from diverse data sources. This initiative not only optimized operational processes but also empowered decision-makers with real-time insights to drive informed decision-making.
As an APAC Lead Change Agent in Technology Business Management, I was honored to be recognized as the Most Inspiring Individual for my role in exceeding annual Lean Improvement targets for three consecutive years. Through initiatives such as facilitating Lean Six Sigma Pipeline planning sessions and championing IT asset database reconciliation, I was able to drive significant cost savings and operational efficiencies, further cementing my reputation as a change catalyst within the organization.
